Recent global geopolitical developments have raised concerns around rising construction costs and potential delays in project timelines, especially due to volatility in key materials. This is adding a layer of pressure for developers who are already working with tight schedules and cost considerations. This shift is also being supported by government initiatives encouraging the adoption of faster and more efficient construction methods across housing and infrastructure projects. With growing acceptance and supportive policy direction, the sector is expected to continue evolving toward more efficient and resilient practices, supporting long term and sustainable growth.
