Queen Fitness Launches Super Fine Sports Supplements Brand Called QF

October 28: Starting a gym or running a fitness clinic is not an easy task as it involves lots of challenges, but the founder and co-founder of the gym come fitness clinic, Dr Prashant  Mistry and Binita Kumari, had a positive attitude right from the beginning and they started their own fitness clinic called Queen Fitness, located in Valsad- Gujarat with the aim of creating awareness among the women so that they learn to follow proper nutrition that the body needs in a day to day routine which would help them to lead a healthy lifestyle. Binita Kumari is an international female bodybuilder, and she has transformed her body under the expert guidance of Dr. Prashant Mistry.  She had secured 5th place in Amateur Olympia (international bodybuilding competition), and along with that, she has played many state level as well as district-level competitions like Gujarat Shree and South Gujarat Women’s physique. They have been in this field from quite a few years, and the core focus of their work is on health, fitness and nutrition, as well as injury prevention treatment. They have turned their passion into professionalism with the vision of educating clients to pay attention to their bodies function and not just follow fitness fads and trends, which can turn out to be harmful.
