Neetu Yoshi Limited Raises Rs 27.48 Cr Through Allotment of 26.42 Lakh Convertible Warrants

Dehradun (Uttarakhand) [India], September 01: Neetu Yoshi Limited (BSE: 544434), a leading RDSO-certified manufacturer of customized ferrous metallurgical products, is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the allotment of 26.42 Lakh convertible warrants at a price of ₹104/- per warrant on a preferential basis to Promoters and Non-Promoters.

· Total warrants allotted: 26.42 Lakh convertible warrants

· Issue price: ₹104/- per warrant

The warrants have been allotted to the following investors:

· Subodh Lohia (Promoter) – 6 Lakh warrants (22.71% of Total Allotment)

· Non-Promoter Investors – 20.42 Lakh warrants (77.29% of Total Allotment)

· Aggregating to the total of 26.42 Lakh warrants
