In The Light Of Many Immigration Opportunities, Visa Rejection Rate Can Be Improved, Says CAANWINGS Director Diamond Sodhi

There are many immigration and study abroad consultancies mushrooming in India. However, amidst numerous dreams each year, several face disappointment. This could be due to denied admission or denied visa. A director of one of the premier consultancies in the country has decoded the reason for these disappointments. She had been in the industry for over 20 years and has concluded that a major mistake that most candidates commit is to rely solely on documents for visa approval. According to Diamond Sodhi, visa approval or denial depends on how the individual case is presented. She has worked closely on the recruitment difficulties the Americans faced, particularly for students from India and China. This is how she got the idea of coming up with the student recruitment consultation business, ‘CAANWINGS Consultants”.

She has concluded that consultants focus mainly on filing the application but fail to review it critically. According to a recently released official statement, a meticulous approach needs to be followed to bring down the rejection rate.

According to experts, language acumen is a major reason that people struggle with. While many trainers claim to have the key to entrance test success, they barely are proficient in the language themselves. The attractive promise of 7 bands by these self-proclaimed trainers is what catches the students unarmed. It sells a dream that is difficult to fulfil with such English skills.

‘Englingua’ is a premier language training institute that intends to offer an effective English learning experience to the students. The trainers here are proficient in English. Top institutes that aim to bridge the gap between students and visa approval employ certified IELTS trainers and PTE trainers. It is important for students to choose consultants that have seen the highs and lows of student visas and the immigration industry.

CAANWINGS specializes in immigration consulting for countries i.e. Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, etc. They also work on student visas for the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Singapore, and European countries. Over the years, they have studied the market and redefined the process to ensure higher visa success. Their primary way of operation is providing an unbiased perspective to their clients. Australia Migration is another niche area for her company.

She maintains that all consultancies must follow this approach of providing genuine and factual advice to their clients. The focus must be on recommending a visa product that is most beneficial for the client. The case selection must undergo stringent scrutinization so high visa success is consistently maintained.
