With 225 million financially unaware adults, China comprises 13% of the world’s unbanked population. India is second with 190 million unbanked adults. Pakistan and Indonesia, with 100 million and 95 million unbanked adults, all statistics if averaged together, make up 12% of the world’s population. Meaning,12% of the world population is officially “unbanked.” These figures direct us to only one realization that a large portion of the world is not financially literate and hence have no access to financial benefits and ease, which the government or companies are able to offer. The current focus of Finance Blocks is to provide credit access, and enable financial inclusion with transparency, the company is driven towards creating a trustless protocol for open and transparent rural banking.
