Chandan Healthcare Secures Long-Term MRI Tender in Haryana; Strengthens Government Diagnostics Portfolio

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], March 25: Chandan Healthcare Limited (NSE – CHANDAN), – One of the leading diagnostic and healthcare service providers in North India, is pleased to announce that it has secured a tender for the installation and operation of a 1.5 Tesla MRI system at Civil Hospital, Rohtak, Haryana.

This development strengthens the Company’s presence in the government healthcare diagnostics segment and reflects its continued focus on long-term, high-value diagnostic infrastructure projects under public-private partnership (PPP) models.

The project will be executed under a long-term contract of 10 years, providing strong revenue visibility and operational stability. Civil Hospital, Rohtak, is a 200-bedded government hospital currently undergoing expansion and infrastructure enhancement, catering to a large and growing patient base. The hospital records an OPD footfall of over 40,000 patients per month, indicating significant demand for advanced diagnostic services.

Strategically located in Rohtak, a prominent healthcare hub, the hospital also benefits from patient inflow spillover from PGIMS, a major tertiary care institution with over 1,500 beds and substantial patient volumes. The facility serves a wide catchment area, including Rohtak, Jhajjar, Sonipat, Bhiwani, and surrounding rural regions, ensuring consistent utilization of diagnostic services.

The case mix at the hospital spans across key specialities such as neurology, spine, trauma, and orthopaedics, supporting high MRI scan volumes and optimal asset utilization. The project is part of the government’s broader initiative to expand diagnostic infrastructure through PPP models, offering a stable and scalable opportunity for the Company.

This addition further strengthens Chandan Healthcare’s integrated diagnostic network and aligns with its strategy to expand across high-demand regions while enhancing accessibility to advanced diagnostic services.

Commenting on the development, Mr. Amar Singh, Promoter and Managing Director of Chandan Healthcare Limited, said, “We are pleased to secure this long-term MRI project in Haryana. This aligns with our strategy to expand our presence in high-demand government healthcare segments while building a scalable and integrated diagnostic network. We remain focused on enhancing accessibility, strengthening our radiology capabilities, and delivering high-quality diagnostic services across regions.”
