Chandan Healthcare Limited Secures Third PPP Project in Punjab for Advanced Radiology Services

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], March 07: Chandan Healthcare Limited (NSE – CHANDAN), – Chandan Healthcare Limited, one of the leading diagnostic and healthcare services providers in North India, has secured another Public Private Partnership (PPP) project from the Punjab Health Systems Corporation under the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Punjab.

The contract has been awarded for a tenure of 10 years with estimated annual revenues of approximately 25 Cr. Over 10 Years period, the project is expected to generate revenues of around 250 Cr. Under this arrangement, the Company will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining Advanced Radiology Imaging Diagnostic Centres within designated government healthcare facilities.

As part of the project, the Company will set up advanced radiology facilities at the following new locations:

  • District Hospital, Fazilka with a 1.5 Tesla MRI scanner
  • District Hospital, Sri Mukatsar Sahib with a 1.5 Tesla MRI scanner
  • District Hospital, Firozpur with a 1.5 Tesla MRI scanner
  • SDH Abohar with a 32 slice CT scan

The initiative is aimed at strengthening diagnostic infrastructure in government hospitals by enabling access to advanced MRI and CT scan services at district and sub district healthcare facilities. This will improve availability of quality diagnostic services and support timely diagnosis for patients across the region.

The latest award further strengthens Chandan Healthcare’s growing presence in Punjab’s public healthcare system and marks the third PPP project secured by the Company in the state in recent months, reflecting continued confidence in the Company’s execution capabilities and expertise in operating advanced diagnostic facilities.
