Alpine Texworld Limited IPO Opens on Tuesday, July 14, 2026

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], July 11: Alpine Texworld Limited, formerly known as Alpine Spinweave Limited, is engaged in the manufacturing of yarn and grey fabric through spinning and weaving capabilities. The company proposes to open its Initial Public Offering (Mainboard) on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, aiming to raise up to ₹ 1,262.52 Mn (At Upper Price Band), with shares to be listed on the NSE & BSE platforms. 

The Issue size is up to ₹ 1,262.52 Mn with a price band of ₹ 100 – ₹ 105 Per Share.

Equity Share Allocation 

  • QIB – Not More Than 1% of the Issue
  • NII– Not Less Than 29% of the Issue
  • Individual Investors – Not Less Than 70% of the Issue 

The net proceeds from the IPO will be utilized for (i) Proposing to finance the cost of setting up a new weaving unit at Proposed Manufacturing Unit 3 to expand its production capabilities to produce Grey Fabric at Ahmedabad, (ii) Prepayment or repayment, in part or in full, of certain outstanding borrowings, and (iii) General Corporate Purposes. The issue will open on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, and will close on Thursday, July 16, 2026.

The Book Running Lead Manager to the Issue is D and A Financial Services Private Limited & the Registrar to the Issue is Kfin Technologies Limited.

The proceeds from the Issue will accelerate the Company’s growth by supporting the expansion of its manufacturing capabilities through the establishment of the proposed Manufacturing Unit 3. This expansion is expected to enhance grey fabric weaving capacity, improve production efficiency, and strengthen the Company’s ability to cater to growing customer demand. The increased manufacturing scale is also expected to enhance operational capabilities and reinforce the Company’s competitive position, creating a strong foundation for sustainable long-term growth.”

Alpine Texworld Limited, formerly known as Alpine Spinweave Limited, is engaged in the manufacturing of cotton yarn and grey fabric through its integrated spinning and weaving operations. The Company also provides yarn sizing services and undertakes its manufacturing operations through its manufacturing facilities located at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Its manufacturing facilities are equipped with automated machinery. 

The Company has also installed solar power plants to support its manufacturing operations. In addition, the Company has one subsidiary, Alpine Cottweave LLP, which is engaged in the weaving business. 

During FY26, on a Consolidated basis, The Company achieved a Revenue of ₹ 3,427.13 Millions, EBITDA of ₹ 474.48 Millions & PAT of ₹ 217.16 million.
