Fascinate Textiles Heads to NSE Emerge; ₹66.98 Crores IPO Opens August 11, 2026

New Delhi [India], August 8: Fascinate Textiles Limited is a primarily B2B readymade garment manufacturer based in Barasat, West Bengal, catering to menswear, womenswear and childrenswear segments. The Company is entering the capital markets with a public offer of up to 42,93,600 Equity Shares, aggregating to ₹66.98 Crores at the upper end of the price band of ₹148–₹156 per Equity Share, each having a face value of ₹10. (Lot size: minimum 1,600 Equity Shares and in multiples of 800 Equity Shares thereafter).

The Company proposes to utilise the net proceeds from the Fresh Issue towards funding working capital requirementsprepayment or repayment of certain secured and unsecured loanscapital expenditure for setting up an additional manufacturing facility; general corporate purposes; and offer-related expenses. The IPO will open on August 11, 2026 and close on August 13, 2026, with the Equity Shares expected to commence trading on NSE Emerge on or about August 18, 2026.

  • Diversified Product Portfolio and Customisation Capabilities: The Company manufactures kidswear, infantwear, menswear and womenswear, including t-shirts, joggers, co-ords and casualwear. Its production setup supports prints, embroidery, special washes, custom trims, varied fabrics and finishes, as well as bulk and small-batch orders. 
  • Order-Driven B2B Business Model: The Company begins production only after sample approval and receipt of confirmed purchase orders, enabling customised manufacturing aligned with buyer requirements.
