StoneX Global Showcases Its Exclusive Art at Maison&ObjetIntérieurs Hong Kong2025

New Delhi [India], December 5:  StoneX Global, one of the leading global brands in natural stone, is participating in the second edition of Maison&ObjetIntérieurs Hong Kong, taking place from 3–6 December 2025 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC).

As part of this milestone event, architect Aparna Kaushik – who represents India among six international architects – has been invited to create a design showcase featuring commissioned artworks by R. Magesh and Yogesh Ramkrishna, presented by StoneX Global. Together, they reflect the brand’s mission to position natural stone as both material and muse.

“Our participation at Maison&ObjetIntérieurs Hong Kong2025 reaffirms StoneX’s commitment to bringing art and architecture into meaningful dialogue,” said Mr Sushant Pathak, Chief Marketing Officer, StoneX Global. “Through Aparna’s vision and the remarkable works of Magesh and Yogesh, we are celebrating stone as a timeless witness to human imagination – crafted, felt, and remembered.”

Mr Philippe Delhomme, President of the Executive Board of Maison&Objet, said,“Maison&ObjetIntérieurs Hong Kong is pleased to welcome StoneX Global to the 2025 edition. Their collaboration with architect Aparna Kaushik—India’s sole selected architect this year—demonstrates an exceptional synthesis of design, craftsmanship, and cultural expression. The showcased works by Indian Artists R. Magesh and Yogesh Ramkrishna further highlight StoneX’s commitment to elevating natural stone as a medium of artistic and architectural significance. We are honoured to host this distinguished presentation on our global stage.”

StoneX at Maison&Objet: A Dialogue of Art and Architecture

StoneX Global will present two marble sculptures – The Monarch by R. Magesh and Shikhara by Yogesh Ramkrishna – within a bespoke environment designed by Aparna Kaushik, whose architectural language is timeless, structured, and deeply sensorial. Her spatial design creates a contemplative atmosphere where light, form, and material interact in harmony.

R. Magesh’s The Monarch, carved in Grigio Bronze Amani, reimagines the horse – his recurring motif – as a symbol of strength and restraint. Poised yet tethered, it transforms Turkish marble into a meditation on power, vulnerability, and duality.

Yogesh Ramkrishna’s Shikhara, sculpted from Bianco Vogue marble sourced from Greece, merges the silhouettes of temple shikharas and mosque domes. The work stands as an allegory of shared history and cultural confluence, illustrating how stone holds memory across civilisations.

Together, the two works articulate StoneX’s belief that when craftsmanship meets consciousness, material becomes meaning.

A Global Stage for Indian Design

This showcase marks a significant moment for Indian design and artistic collaboration on an international platform. Aparna Kaushik joins leading architects from Paris, Dubai, Shanghai, and Seoul, positioning New Delhi among the world’s influential design capitals.

“Being chosen to represent India at this year’s prestigious Maison&ObjetIntérieurs Hong Kong 2025 is a profound honour,” said Aparna Kaushik. “As the only Indian architect selected, I’m deeply humbled to showcase the richness of Indian art and culture on a global stage. I’m not just representing my own work—I’m echoing the dedication, passion, and lifelong contributions of countless Indian artisans, designers, and architects who have shaped our cultural legacy.

My collaboration with StoneX Global allowed me to craft a space that is both architectural and deeply emotional—where stone transforms into story, and story into experience. My work carries with it an inspiring narrative of India’s heritage, craftsmanship, and timeless design.”

About the Artists

R. Magesh (b. 1987, Tamil Nadu) explores memory, history, and identity through painting and sculpture. His works merge classical form with contemporary narrative, often using symbolic animal forms to reflect on strength, morality, and vulnerability.

Yogesh Ramkrishna (b. 1991, Pune) navigates the space between myth and modernity through printmaking and sculpture. His practice interrogates socio-political realities and collective memory, blending satire with symbolism to reveal layered truths.
